Philanthropy Impact is pleased to support  the PIMFA Consumer Duty Conference 2023, to be held on Tuesday, 31 January

Consumer Duty is potentially one of the most significant regulatory initiatives in recent years with the FCA considering it a major step change for financial services as it will require firms making lasting changes to culture and behaviour to consistently deliver good outcomes. It is a change that is more about strategy, business model, proposition design, cultural development/change shift, and a robust evidential framework.

To implement the new rules, firms will have to review their product suite, communications, and end-to-end customer journey and this is where Philanthropy Impact can add value to your customer service. Firms will also have to consider changes in areas including, governance, MI and reporting, product design, pricing, distribution, servicing, and staff training – all within a challenging implementation timeline.

On 31 January 2023, our CEO John Pepin will be attending the PIMFA ( Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association) Consumer Duty Conference in London, to ensure that we understand how Philanthropy Impact can continue to support you with getting your firm ready for the new rules, and where our training fits in the skills needs of your team. We will be holding a training course with PIMFA on 22 March 2022, if you would like to know more about this please get in touch with John Pepin, CEO today.

f you are interested in joining John at the conference, to hear from the regulator and key industry experts on the key themes of consumer duty, you can find out more on the PIMFA website here.

The conference is bringing together a high-level audience who can engage with the experts and will facilitate fruitful discussions with opportunities for questions and networking.
