For over 40 years, Alzheimer’s Society has been a powerful force for change, providing support, and funding pioneering research to improve the lives of people affected by dementia.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer. The condition rips through families, robbing people of their identities and independence. Every day, nearly one million people are faced with the endless challenges that dementia poses, and as their condition progresses, they are left frightened and vulnerable.

Dementia is a complex issue – one that requires a multifaceted solution – but we are the only UK charity taking on the challenge from all sides. It’s vital that we give people the help they need for today and invest in work that gives us hope for tomorrow, to end the devastation caused by dementia.
