BDO Ltd
Organisation

The Private Client team at BDO works both in the UK and internationally, with over 50 Partners and Directors and over 300 full-time professionals. Our client base ranges from high and ultra-high net worth individuals to FTSE 100 companies and international groups. We deliver a comprehensive set of services including asset structuring, succession planning, gifting and will planning, trust services, tax compliance, risk management, family business advisory and family office services.

We see the importance and impact of Philanthropy through advising our clients on a daily basis. COVID-19 has presented society with challenges none of us could have prepared for. No matter how or what you have given in the past now may be the time for us all to ‘rethink’ our strategy, and the level of our engagement and contributions. Everyone’s reasons for giving are personal, and we seek to advise clients on the benefits of giving that are unique to them and their family, and how to inspire future generations to get involved with family philanthropy.

SDG Changemakers
Organisation

We are on a mission to transform the way SMEs and charities do business, moving us to a sustainable economy.

We believe collaboration between the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors is essential to achieve environmental balance, social justice, and economic prosperity across the globe. We support organisations who want to work in partnership, collaborate to achieve change, and actively involve those most affected, in decision making.

We know that businesses and charities who embrace sustainable development today, are the ones who thrive financially, socially and reputationally, tomorrow and into the future.

SDG Changemakers run workshops and partner with organisations on projects to show them how to embed, measure and communicate social and environmental value. We use the UN's universal call to action, the 17 Sustainable Development Goalds (SDG), as our framework linking them back to local and nationally led initiatives such as the TOMs, SBTi, GRI, ISO, PRI, SASB and the United Nations Global Compact.

We believe that every organisation should have access to effective, affordable and focused support to help them achieve their vision. As part of our commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals, we provide cost-effective solutions to transform, ignite and empower like-minded change-makers.

We also pledge to return at least 1% of our profits to support organisations who are beacons of these values and where our support can make a difference.

By leading with a sustainable purpose, SDG Changemakers is committed to responsible leadership, community-led innovation and financial, social and environmental sustainability.

Social Finance Group
Organisation

Social Finance is a not for profit organisation that partners with the government, the social sector and the financial community to find better ways of tackling social problems in the UK and beyond. Our unique 50 member team comprises individuals with substantial financial, consulting and social expertise who share a common passion for solving entrenched social problems.

Since we started in 2007, Social Finance has raised over £24 million of social investment and designed a series of programmes to tackle social challenges. These include support for 2,000 short sentence offenders released from Peterborough Prison, 380 children on the edge of care in Essex, 2,500 young people at risk of becoming NEET and 800 rough sleepers in London. We are also alleviating fuel poverty for over 2,300 families in Sunderland, enabling 15,000 families to access nursery places and free children’s services, and providing 7,500 affordable micro loans in Wales.
