Hugo Walford

Hugo Walford advises charities, not-for-profits and other organisations and individuals on charity law and commercial matters. He has worked with a range of charitable bodies (both incorporated and unincorporated) on issues including governance, constitutional concerns, regulatory matters, mergers, setting up trading subsidiaries and general operation. Hugo has particular experience with advising individuals and organisations on establishing and registering charities, and on fundraising and internal structure, as well as on the formation of dual-qualified US/UK charities.
